Sessions
Welcome and Congratulations on your decision to plan a professional personalized photography session!
All creative sessions include pricing for planning and preparing for your session, the time and talent of the photographer during the session, editing your photos (up to 10 hours of editing/post processing, preparing your gallery for presentation, and (if applicable) an assistant (typically for newborn or child sessions under 2 yrs).
In about 1-2 weeks after your session, you will receive the link to an on-line proofing gallery of at least 20-30 images or more (depending on the session type) for you to view and make your selections. You can order packages, individual prints, photo books, collages, acrylic tiles, custom framed images, canvas, or other specialty photo products a la carte. Once you make your selections, you will receive a download set with your fully edited digital images (with print rights) in 1-2 weeks. Your proofing gallery will expire one week from the time of delivery (there is no option for unedited raw downloads). There will be a $25 reactivation fee per week after the gallery has expired.
All sessions require a non-refundable+ tax design fee to be paid in advance.
- If your order exceeds $400, a portion of your session fee will be deducted.
- If you place a print order, for every 8×10 or larger print in your order, you will receive the digital copy (with print rights) of that image.
- Additional digitals can be added to any package for $40/image+ tax

Newborn Session
Bringing a new baby in this world is quite possibly one of the most special–and fleeting–times in our lives. Seconds turn to minutes, minutes to weeks, weeks to years. Capturing your newborn is one of the most treasured gifts you can give yourself and will ultimately be a beautiful heirloom for both you and your child. It is both humbling and an honor that you select Donna Gratz Photography to capture this amazing time. From the tiniest details to your first official family portrait, we want to preserve these memories for you.
All Newborn sessions are generally scheduled Monday thru Friday mid-morning.
All newborn sessions require a $100 non-refundable+ tax design fee to be paid in advance.
This is a full 3-5 hour newborn session photographed in studio located in West Chester, PA for newborns under 8 weeks old (ideally 5-10 days old). It allows for two backdrops on the posing bag, one prop, and a flokati wrapped setup (depending on the baby). Newborns are best photographed with no clothing, swaddled in blankets and wraps. We have plenty of hats, headbands and bows to choose from and will stylize a session based on your individual color preferences.
Each additional sibling with the newborn session is $50.
Parent(s) with newborn is an additional $50.
Includes 25 fully edited high resolution images delivered via digital gallery with print rights. Sessions with parent(s) or siblings add 2 additional.
Prints or product can be purchased a la carte.
- BONUS: $25 discount applied to baby’s First Birthday Session.
This is an up to 2 hour newborn session photographed in your home for newborns under 8 weeks old (ideally 5-10 days old). This session is less focused on posing with the use of props or backgrounds and more about photography you and your newborn in their home surroundings to create beautifully natural images. There are no props or backgrounds used in this session.
Includes parents and any siblings.
Includes 15 fully edited high resolution images delivered via digital gallery with print rights. Sessions with parent(s) or siblings add 2 additional. Prints or product can be purchased a la carte.
Maternity sessions are a beautiful add on to your newborn package. The session is up to 1 hour and can be held at a location of your choice (within reasonable distance from 19382).
Siblings can be included for an additional $50.
Includes 10 fully edited high resolution images delivered via digital gallery with print rights. Sessions with siblings add 2 additional. Prints or product can be purchased a la carte.

Portrait Session
Babies must be at least 3 months old. Any baby under 3 months old are considered a newborn session (see above). A portrait session is priced for ONE person ONLY. See Family Session options for multiples.

This is a 1-2 hour session with one backdrop one wardrobe change. This is a basic setup that includes backdrop (in studio) and prop for posing. (Please refer to Birthday Session options for festive birthday sessions.) An additional fee may be applied for some personalized sets.
Includes 10 fully edited high resolution images delivered via digital gallery with print rights. Prints or product can be purchased a la carte.
This is a 3-4 hour session (depending on the child’s mood) with two backdrops (in studio) and allows for two wardrobe changes. This is a basic setup that includes backdrop and prop for posing. This session can be done on location. An additional fee may be applied for travel.

Birthday Session
Birthday sessions are not limited to First Birthday celebrations, any age is a great age for a festive birthday session. For those wanting a cake smash, the cake can be substituted with almost anything.
- All birthday sessions require a $100 non-refundable+ tax design fee to be paid in advance.
This is a 1 hour session with two backdrops and allows for one wardrobe change. It includes one classic backdrop, a festive birthday themed backdrop and an end of session bath-time for those who are doing a cake smash.
The classic backdrop will include a backdrop and prop for posing.
The birthday themed set will allow for a simple birthday set that includes backdrop, balloons, paper poms with a custom cake matching your set (add $30 for cake). The client will provide a diaper cover and hat. An additional fee may be applied for some personalized sets.
Includes 10 fully edited high resolution images delivered via digital gallery with print rights. Prints or product can be purchased a la carte.
This is a 1 hour session with two backdrops and allows for one wardrobe change. It allows for one classic backdrop, a festive birthday themed backdrop and an end of session bath-time for those who are doing a cake smash.

This is a 2-3 hour session with three backdrops and allows for two wardrobe changes. One prop change can include an outside location for an additional $25.
Families with more than 2 adults or children over 10 must be done on location (additional $25 may apply).

Sports Action Session
This session includes attending a sporting event for one child. Additional children are $25 each.
