Hello, my name is Donna Gratzinger, I am a maternity, newborn, baby and family photographer located in the Manayunk section of Philadelphia.
I am a native Philadelphian, born and raised in the Roxborough section of the city. I attended Saint Mary of the Assumption Elementary School, John W. Hallahan Catholic Girls High School, and Temple University. After receiving my degree from Temple School | Fox School of Business, I pursued a successful career in the software development field.
But…I have always had a LOVE for photography.
When I purchased my first DLSR camera, there was nothing stopping me. I’m a sponge for learning new things. I have spent countless hours learning the ins and outs of my camera, taking on-line courses and attending one on one sessions with some of the finest photographers in the industry. I started taking photos of any-thing I could find, from blades of grass in my yard to my nieces and nephews playing sports. My love of little people in motion started to evolve and I focused on learning everything I could, earning certifications in newborn posing, newborn safety, lighting and so much more!
Soon enough, my business sprouted, from my home basement, to a tiny corner room in East Falls, to my newest space in Manayunk which has lots of room for capturing sleeping newborns, crawling babies, and running toddlers!
My passion is in newborns and babies, but, those little ones’ always come with families: so, it’s only natural that I also photograph families! Newborns melt my heart and babies make me smile! Capturing the moment is something special because your babies grow up so fast and will only be those tiny little beings for a short time. My commitment is to create something special and unique that you and your family will cherish forever.
I would love to chat with you more and answer any questions that you may have. I look forward to hearing from you!
Donna is like a part of our family! My kids love her! She is so very talented. She makes you feel so comfortable and the end results are always incredibly amazing. She’s stuck with us forever!
